Terms of Service

By accessing or using FiverrStar (the "platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered customers, designers (sellers), and admin users.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

If you signed up as a guest during checkout, FiverrStar created a passwordless account in your name so you can re-download purchases. You may activate full access via the link in your receipt email.

When you purchase a design template, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the asset for your own commercial or personal projects. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the asset itself.

Files become available for download immediately after payment is confirmed.

Designers may upload files for review. FiverrStar reviews every upload before listing it publicly. We reserve the right to reject any submission without reason.

Designers retain copyright in their work. By listing on FiverrStar you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, market, and deliver the file to buyers.

Sellers earn 35% of every approved sale. Payouts are processed via PayPal or Payoneer on a regular schedule.

Sellers may upload a maximum of 10 files per day. Admin uploads are not subject to this limit.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal and Payoneer). By paying you also agree to their respective terms.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing at any time.

Because design templates are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final unless the asset is materially different from its listing or the file is corrupted. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase via the contact form.

You may not use the platform to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; harass other users; circumvent payment; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any particular template will meet your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiverrStar's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
